Our tenders are open to all lawful services and supplier categories. The categories below show common areas of demand and their typical requirements; they are not a closed list. If your service can help meet a client need, you are welcome to submit an expression of interest.

Cleaning, fumigation & facility services

• Valid business registration and relevant county permits where applicable
• Qualified and supervised staff, safe cleaning products, and suitable equipment
• Evidence of safe handling, waste disposal, and pest-control procedures where relevant
• Service areas, response times, rate card, and at least two client references

Moving, logistics & delivery

• Reliable vehicles, riders, or logistics capacity appropriate to the goods handled
• Company vehicle documents, insurance, inspection documents, and appropriately licensed staff where applicable
• Proof of delivery, parcel-handling, loss-prevention, and customer communication procedures
• Coverage area, capacity, turnaround times, and transparent distance or load-based pricing

Vehicle hire, chauffeurs & transport

• Valid vehicle ownership or lawful operating documentation
• Current insurance, inspection, and vehicle licensing appropriate to the assignment
• Company confirmation that assigned drivers hold the required Kenyan driving licences and PSV authorization where passengers are carried for hire
• Vehicle specifications, availability, service area, driver experience, and full-day or trip rates

Catering, decor & event support

• Menu, equipment, decor, staffing, or venue-support capability relevant to the tender
• Food-safety, public-health, county, or other permits required for the service
• Capacity, setup and breakdown plan, lead times, and contingency arrangements
• Sample work, references, menu or rate card, and clear cancellation terms

Security services

• Valid company registration with the Private Security Regulatory Authority (PSRA)
• Recognized training systems, staff vetting, and properly supervised security personnel
• Clear statement of whether the service is unarmed and the lawful scope of duties offered
• Deployment plan, uniforms or identification, incident procedures, insurance, and references

Professional, specialist & other services

• Company-held professional qualifications, licences, registrations, or approvals for the service
• Company portfolio, references, service methodology, availability, and an authorized contact person
• Clear scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, taxes, and revision or cancellation terms
• Ability to protect client information and comply with applicable Kenyan requirements

Open to all suppliers

Applications are welcome from all supplier companies, including registered companies, small businesses, partnerships, cooperatives, agencies, and new suppliers with relevant capability. We assess each company on the service offered, capacity, reliability, value, and compliance.

• Company registration documents and relevant business permits, licences, or professional approvals
• Current insurance where the service or equipment requires it
• Company experience, client references, service areas, staffing capacity, and response capacity
• Clear pricing, lead times, availability, and cancellation terms
• Ability to meet applicable Kenyan safety, tax, labour, data-protection, and sector requirements
• New and smaller suppliers may submit; equivalent evidence of capability may be considered where formal trading history is limited
