WUHZA Concierge & Errand Services - Kenya collects information needed to respond to and fulfil service requests.
Information we collect
- Name, phone number, email address, location, request details, preferences, attachments, and booking history.
- Payment information or payment references when a payment is made. WUHZA does not ask clients to upload card passwords or PINs.
- Optional Google account name, email, and profile image when you sign in to view your bookings.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm bookings, match vendors or riders, communicate status updates, process or reconcile payments, handle refunds, investigate incidents and disputes, provide client history, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Who receives it
Information is shared only with WUHZA staff, assigned riders, vendors, payment providers, or professional advisers who need it for the requested service, payment, safety, dispute, or legal purpose. We do not sell client information.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use access controls and Firebase security rules, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
